Children under 18 have additional UK Visitor requirements around travel, reception and care arrangements. Current GOV.UK guidance says that where a child is not travelling with a parent or guardian, a signed parent/guardian letter should confirm consent to the child’s UK travel arrangements and identify who is travelling with the child, who will look after the child in the UK and how the child will travel.
NKR-UK-011 provides an editable structure for a genuine parent or legal guardian to document those arrangements clearly. It includes fields for the child’s details, travel dates, accompanying adult, UK carer/host, accommodation, funding, parent/guardian contacts and signatures.
